Sad news, A woman dies few hours after being delivered of triplets

On  23rd September, Ijeoma Nnanna gave birth to triplets,two males and a female after nine months of marriage to heR husband Mr. Obinna Nnanna.
  Unfortunately and surprisingly, few hours she gave birth she died!
The husband narrated that she was perfectly fine and her BP was normal that her sudden death was a shock to him
