Simon Cowell is being sued over 'America's Got Talent' wire Act

D'Arcy Gurr who felt embarrassed when a wire left on the floor, slipped her off as she was being taped at "America's Got Talent" back in April.
  TMZ exclusively reports that the woman filed a lawsuit, saying that the was overcrowded, which made things way more dangerous.

The incident occurred during a taping at the L.A. County Fair.
Gurr is suing the show, Simon, and the fairground for $5 million.
