An Alabama teacher arrested after shooting daughter's boyfriend in the chest

An Alabama teacher,Fitzgerald Bouvier McQueen, 50, has been arrested after he allegedly shot his daughter’s 18-year-old boyfriend in the chest.

Fitzgerald Bouvier McQueen, 50, is accused of blasting the teenager inside his home in the early hours of Thursday morning.

McQueen, a fifth-grade teacher at Heritage Elementary School in Madison, has been charged with first-degree assault in the shooting.

According to the Madison County Sheriff's Office, the teen was a family friend who had a romantic relationship with McQueen’s daughter, a minor.

The boy was rushed to nearby Huntsville Hospital, where he was being treated for wounds that weren't considered life-threatening.

A complaint has been filled on behalf of a Katy-area educator, who claimed she was wrongfully terminated for refusing to address a 6 year old girl as a transgender boy, the teachers attorney said on tuesday.

Madeline Kirksey, of Houston, who worked at the Children's Lighthouse Learning Center location on Clay Road, was fired Nov. 3 after she would not agree to treat the child as a male and call the child by a new male name, according to a copy of the filing with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Nigerian Army arrests another wanted Boko Haram terrorist in Adamawa

A day after the Nigerian Army caught a suspected Boko Haram terrorist at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, it arrested another wanted suspect.
 
       As reported by Army spokesman, Colonel Kukasheka Usman, he said that the suspect was nabbed by vigilant troops of 23 brigade Special Battalion at a check point in Maiha, Adamawa State.
He further stated that preliminary investigation indicates the suspect is a Cameroonian citizen, summing that " visual  matching with photographs on the poster of 100 suspected Boko Haram terrorist released by the Nigerian Army last month, shows that he clearly resembles the suspect on serial number 22 on the list.

"The suspect has being handed to military intelligence for further investigation and prosecution", he said.

He further urged Nigerian's to be security conscious and vigilant in other to help the Nigerian Military help eradicate Boko Haram, insurgency and terrorism in Nigeria.

The Russian Sinai plane crash was blamed on external influence

According to the ongoing investigation going on concerning the Sinai plane crash. Report has it that the attack was from an external hit. Though it’s not based on proper fact. The US director of National Intelligence James Clapper, said there was no direct evidence of any terrorist involvement yet.

All dead as Russian plane crashes in Sinai,Egypt 224 people Reportedly Dead!

A Russian Jetliner crashes in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula. The cause of it is still unknown but most likely would be a technical Failure. Russian's state media reported that many of the passenger were reported to include 17 Children.

The plane had departed the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, near the southern tip of the Sinai, on a flight to St. Petersburg, Russia. The plane vanished from radar 23 minutes into the flight, at 6:20 a.m. local time.
